Based in Orange, Jack has more than 25 years’ experience in the Agricultural and Financial industries, beginning on a mixed family farming enterprise at Cudal in the Central west of NSW and until recently was a partner in a mixed farming enterprise at Condobolin on the Lachlan River in Central NSW.

Jack spent 12 years as an Agribusiness Development Manager with the NSW Government leading programs that support business ventures throughout the Central West region.  More recently he has been an Agribusiness Manager for ANZ in the Central West and has held a contract role as Economic Development Manager with Lachlan Shire Council at Condobolin.

Jack has a passion for Agriculture and is a graduate of Sydney University - Bachelor of Business (Agricultural Commerce). He also holds a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, and has a certificate of registration in Real Estate and Stock & Station Agency.

Brook began his career in Finance in 1979 having worked for several major banks, throughout both metropolitan and regional NSW. Brook has worked in all areas of retail banking enjoying his time in sales, leadership and management roles, with my most recent role as Home Finance Manager with Westpac in Coffs Harbour & the Nambucca Valley.

Brook has had a long association with the Coffs Coast having first moved here in 1991 and then relocated back to the area in 2014 after an absence of 18 years.

Brook joined the Regional Finance Solutions team in January 2016 were he can deliver his excellent personalised customer service skills and take the business to the customer.

Brook holds a Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking and a Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management). He is also soon to be a Justice of The Peace.

Brook has two daughters and one son, a granddaughter and a grandson whom he adores! He follows the Wests Tigers and when not helping his customers achieve their financial goals, can be seen fishing on the coasts beautiful beaches.

David’s previous roles were with Westpac and Commonwealth Bank group where he held the position of Senior Relationship Executive Corporate, managing a lending portfolio of over $120 million. David has worked in the finance industry since 1982 and has lived & worked in many regional centers. His banking roles have included client restructure, client management, sales, credit and management. His last full time banking role was as Chief Manager, Rural and Regional Banking, Eastern Australia with BankWest. Since then, and prior to forming Regional Finance Solutions David has undertaken a number of contract and consultancy roles. This allows us to get a fair hearing from the people that matter. David has been a Justice of the Peace since 1988, a Fellow of Finance since 2005, gained Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking in 2013 and Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management in 2015. David is well qualified to assist you. David has overall management of the business, with his key focus being on brining quality people into the business and ensuring that clients receive the best possible experience when dealing with RFS. Deb is local to the New England & North West region and has worked in the finance industry for 29 years.

Well known as a previous Branch Manager of New England Credit Union Ltd, (currently known as Regional Australia Bank) at Inverell, Deb has pride in her attention to customer service and meeting the needs of her clients.  Her finance experience includes many years in lending, particularly home lending.  Her previous role has seen her focus on a customer base in Inverell, Bingara, Warialda & surrounding districts.  While Deb is new to the broker team at Regional Finance Solutions she is looking forward to continuing to work with locals in the New England and North West Regions, meeting their lending requirements with consideration of their personal objectives.  

The key motivation for Deb has always been seeing people achieve their goals, particularly the purchase of a new home and she is happy to be able to provide many more options to her clients through the broker opportunity.

Deb and her husband have raised their 3 children locally and continue to live and work in Inverell, enjoying the beautiful surroundings of the district.

Debbie has worked across many industry sectors, from hospitality to disability services and many other jobs in between and has operated her own business for 6 years prior to becoming part of the RFS team. Completing her Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking in January this year and also becoming a JP is something she undertook as a part of her role in RFS.

Ensuring that our office procedures are completed effectively and that compliance standards are maintained at a very high level is a couple of Debbie’s roles in our organisation. Supporting the many brokers with any requirements they may have is another key role for Debbie.

Community is very important to Debbie and she has previously been on the board of Northaven and Kirinari which are both disability services and she is currently an active member of the Sapphire City Concert Band.

Gary has lived in Bathurst for 22 years with his wife and 2 children. Gary commenced his banking career in 1974 and during his career has spent time with ANZ, Coastline Credit Union, and Holiday Coast Credit Union. Gary has spent time in a number of rural and coastal centers over the years and has vast experience with housing, business and rural lending.

A keen motorbike rider, Gary is a member of the Ulysses Club and is also a keen caravan enthusiast and has enjoyed many trips across the country with his wife. A keen rugby league fan, Gary follows the fortunes of the West Tiger in the NRL.

Gary has strong ties to the Kempsey region with his family having business interests in the town. Gary is active within the Macleay Valley Business Chamber and has been the president for the past three years, he has recently joined the NSW Regional Business Chamber as well. Gary has also been part of several not for profit groups in the Kempsey area.

Married and now an empty nester Gary and his wife enjoy spending time with their growing grandchildren.
