Broker Support to deliver great outcomes for clients

I love finance broking, helping clients in challenging situations get the finance they need to buy their dream.

The great part is having a group of like-minded peers you can run scenarios past and chat with. Because otherwise if you’re on your own, or in a small business, it can be hard.

And the other great thing is the back office team at Regional Finance. To set up the initial documentation, chase up all the stuff with clients, make sure that was there.

They take away all the mundane stuff from me, so I concentrate more on the sales and finding solutions for my clients. It means I can put on more business. My mind is more active because I’m not dragged down in the drudge.

I love the mateship and support. When I have a question everyone gets on and says “have you tried this?” – people generous with their time, happy to help. 

Their admin support is great, happy to answer all my questions. I never had that at my previous companies. And they have off panel lenders which gives me access to more options for my clients.

I live a full life: besides being a broker, I'm also a full-time farmer and mother. Regional Finance are totally ok with that and happy to fit around my life.

I’d recommend them to any other broker out there.

They have lenders on their panel that I didn't have access to before, like the world of credit unions, etc... it's nice to have it up the sleeve.

The other thing is access to the other brokers you can lean on for questions if you need to. They’re quality people, it’s good to be part of their brand.

And I like the autonomy they give me to run my own show.

Regional Finance has given me the flexibility to earn a full-time income while still being a present mum and there for my kids. There are no unrealistic expectations, just a focus on being a good person and doing the right thing by your clients.

What I love most is that I don’t have to stress about the back-end admin – I can spend my time where it matters, helping clients achieve their goals.

The support from David and Debbie is second to none. They’re always approachable and just a phone call away, no matter how small the question. I also love that, while we each run our own business, there’s such a strong sense of team. I can call another broker anywhere across the group – whether it’s Narrabri or the Gold Coast – and they’ll always take the time to help.

Having access to a wide range of lenders, including smaller ones that other brokers can’t always use, really gives us a competitive edge and helps us find the right solutions for our clients.

It's just a great, supportive team. Support that I haven't had before, like these guys show... from the other brokers and from David and Debbie themselves. They're so happy to help. 

That makes a world of difference to any business. And that's just what I love about the whole Regional Finance team.

You don't have to hold back. You don't have to hide if you've got a question; ask it. There is no judgment. And I think that makes a world of difference as well, especially when you're on your own and you don't have a big brokerage or other brokers in town. It's just me.

They enable me to provide the broking service that I want to provide, with all the right solutions.

Their extended panel gives me more opportunities to write business and allows me to say Yes more often, than if I was with another aggregator. And they're always looking to put new solutions on the table.

They're not a corporate entity. They're real people. They care about each individual, each other, each of their credit reps’ businesses.
