Shea Harms

Shea’s journey into the finance industry began in 2014, when she took on an admin role while heavily pregnant with her second child. What started as a temporary position quickly became life changing. 

Her employer not only kept her on but mentored her for the next eight years, guiding her as she completed her Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking in 2015, became a member of the FBAA and a qualified broker in 2016, and achieved her Diploma in 2017.

Before becoming a broker, Shea worked in a variety of administration roles, where she developed strong organisational skills, an eye for detail, and a natural ability to support clients through complex processes. These foundations now form the backbone of her approach as a finance professional.

After years of growth and hands-on experience, Shea took the leap to become her own boss under the Regional Finance Solutions banner in 2022. Since then, she has built a strong reputation for providing tailored finance solutions and trusted advice.

Shea has helped countless first home buyers access grants and schemes, guided many clients through construction loans, and worked across a wide range of lending needs—from standard purchases and refinancing to SMSF loans, business and commercial loans, car and personal loans, and debt consolidation. 

While she is based on the Sunshine Coast, her loyal client base extends right across Australia.

A proud mum of three, Shea understands the importance of balancing family life with big financial decisions. She is committed to taking the stress out of the process for her clients, ensuring they feel supported, confident, and empowered every step of the way.
